Netball Northern Zone are undertaking work in the transition space with a focus on coaches. The transition space is the stepping-stone and link between community and performance. In the coaching sense it is envisaged to build an active group of coaches who are currently coaching at Premier club or Secondary School, U18 or Opens Representative, or NNL level, who aspire to higher honours, are coaching ANZ Premiership players in their club teams, or have a desire and mindset of continuous learning.
Central Manawa added another chapter to their legacy after coming from behind to win the Synergy Hair Netball League crown, their fifth national title.

WBOP travelled to Auckland to take on the Northern Marvels on Sunday. The team had their Captains Run at Netball Waitakere where they were paid a surprise visit from the AVIS Magic team who came in to sing happy birthday to Reeghan de Bono who turned 21 on Sunday. The team then went over to Trusts Arena to get ready for the match.
