Managers Tips

  1. Prior to your season/campaign/tournament starting, have a discussion with your coach to understand what their expectations are of your role. This will lead to clarity of expectations and responsibilities, hopefully preventing any misunderstandings.
  2. Clear communication is imperative. It is important that players, coaches and other management staff are aware and understand what is required of them at all times.
  3. Have a good understanding of netball rules (especially around injuries/blood/substitutions/stoppages) and of your relevant competition/tournament rules.
