New Zealand is leading the way with a Netball world first in advocating for those in control of the game with the establishment of a New Zealand Netball Umpires’ Association.

Touching down just six weeks ago, top-rated Australian umpire Josh Bowring has quickly embraced his new Wellington lifestyle and the opportunity to expand his netballing credentials.

The final trial for the Central Manawa Beko Netball team was held in Wellington on Saturday 19 March with a strong turnout from players across the Zone. 

Joining forces again, the successful Netball Central coaching combination of Pelesa Semu and Anna Andrews-Tasola will lead the push for a third successive Beko Netball League title in 2019.
