Netball Central Zone Junior Development Officer Irene van Dyk will be sharing her shooting knowledge and passion with Community Coaches at any upcoming informal workshop in Palmerston North.
The Sinking it Sweet coaching workshop on Wednesday 5th of June will focus on how shooters can increase volume and improve accuracy. Activities will include scenarios for shooters to maintain consistency and success during critical moments and while under fatigue.
Irene van Dyk is a master in the art of shooting and during her 20+ years of international netball she regularly recorded the highest shooting statistics in the game.
Local players from the Red Sox Manawatu Sports Club will be demonstrating activities alongside Irene so coaches can easily apply their new learning with their own team.
